Michael Austin, 63, of Clearwater, FL passed away suddenly on July 22, 2012 at his home. A memorial service will be on August 25, 2012 at Faith Worship Center, 95 McLarty Lane, Crossville, TN at 2:00 pm. He will be laid to rest in Hales Chapel Cemetery.

Michael was born on March 3, 1949 in Attleboro, MA. He served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.  He moved to Florida in the early seventies. He had his own painting business for many years.

He was preceded in death by his parents Anna and Charles R. Austin, Sr., wife Carol (Gonslaves) Austin, and brother Charles R. Austin, Jr.

He is survived by his sister Marietta (Austin) Dion and husband David of Crossville, TN; their children Stacey, Wendy, Tara, Roy, Anna and Lisa, their spouses and children.  Sister- in-law Claire Austin (wife of the late Charles Austin), of Crossville, TN; their children Stephen, and Keanan , their spouses and children. Step-sisters Frances Stoner, Valerie Stoner and spouses. Step-brothers James Randolph, Edward Randolph and spouses.
