Debbie Ann Rogers Patton

Debbie Ann Rogers Patton, age 66, was born on March 11, 1957 to the late George and Sibyl Burgess Rogers in Crossville, TN. She passed away surrounded by her family in her home here in Crossville on Saturday, May 6, 2023. She was a homemaker and loved spending time with family. Always trying to steal time with Willie, Kasey, Aniston, Jasper and Parker, she loved to watch Jasper and Parker play ball and Aniston cheerleading. Of the Christian Faith, she was a member of Meridian Baptist Church and loved her church family. She enjoyed gardening in her flower beds, in her garden, and mowing the grass. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with the love of her life, Harvey, out riding around.

She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Harvey Patton, son- Willie Patton (Kasey Smith), grand daughter- Aniston Patton, grandsons- Jasper Patton and Parker Smith. She is also survived by her siblings- Tammie Dye (Randall) of Crossville, TN, Bob Bell of Cookeville, TN, Tom Rogers of Wartburg, TN, Gary (Vera) Rogers of Crossville, TN, Jim (Cindy) Rogers of Collingsville, AL; brother-in-law Alan Patton of Crossville, TN; and sister-in-law- Anita Rogers of Dallas, GA., and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings- Kathy Patton and Larry Rogers, and sister-in-laws- Pat Bell, Claudine Rogers, and Debbie Bell.

We will miss her for all of our days and cherish every moment we had with her. A special thanks to the hospice staff of Gentiva, nurses Loretta Turner and Lindsey Holland, and niece- (Ducky) Dusti Patton Hubbard.

The family will receive friends on Monday, May 8, 2023, at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home from 5 to 7 with a service to follow at 7. Officiating will be Mike Garrett, Jerry Brewer, and Randall Dye. Burial will be in Linary Cemetery the next day at 10:00.
