Brenda Lea Winningham, age 56, was born on April 11, 1966 to Billie and Henrietta Lewis Welch in Crossville, TN and passed away on March 17, 2023 in Crossville. She worked in housekeeping at CMC and was a mother that loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed fishing and camping, crocheting and flower gardening, and general loafering about.

Brenda is survived by her mother- Henrietta Welch, daughters- Kayla Davis (Josh) and Brittany Rector (Darrell); grandchildren- Rylie, Addy, Jasper, Macee, and Jaxon; and siblings- Larry, Sherri, Loretta, Billie, Jason, and Missy. She is preceded in death by her dad- Billie Welch.
