Bobby was born the third child to Hazel Christine Bilyeu and Bobbie Keith Bilyeu (Gummer) in Crossville, TN.

He is survived by his mother Hazel Christine Bilyeu; son Jason (Jennie S.) Bilyeu; granddaughter Jacqueline E. Bilyeu; great grandson Bently T.S. Zarzycki aka Rambo; sibling Deborah Bilyeu Marlow, Danny (Gina) Bilyeu, Randy (Kim) Bilyeu, Gregory Bilyeu, and Gary (Marlena) Bilyeu; a host of nieces and nephews; special friends Christine Dykes (It’s complicated), Chloe Stockwell aka Chlo-Bug (Granddaughter at heart), Larry Kerley, Jeff Proffitt, and Bobby Simmons.

He was preceded in death by his father Bobbie Keith Bilyeu and his friend and mentor Charles J.V. Proffitt.

There will be a Celebration of Life at Bobby’s residence on Tuesday, September 20, 2022. His final resting place will be in Slate Springs Cemetery.
