Cleo Edwards, age 95, was born September 1, 1916 in Grandview, TN and died April 24, 2012. She was a homemaker and enjoyed quilting, sewing, reading, canning and gardening.

She is survived by daughters, Phyllis Thurman and Evadine Pyle (Buck); daughter-in-law, Robbie Creed- all from Grandview; grandchildren, Ricky Wiggins, Cheryl (Sherri) Zupke, Beverly Williams, Kimberly Ford, Gayla Hood, John Stacey Pyle, Sharon Reed, Karen Hayes, Melissa McClung; seventeen great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

Cleo was preceded in death by husband, Lonas W. Edwards; sons, Wallace Creed, Charles Edwards, and Gary Edwards; daughter, Betty Joyce Wiggins (A.G.); son-in-law, Casto Thurman; and grandson, Jeff Wiggins.

Visitation will be on Thursday, April 26, 2012 from 12 to 2 Central time at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home with funeral services to follow. She will be buried beside her husband in Johnson Stand Cemetery in Rhea Co.
