Hank Sharp, age 79, was born on April 28, 1942 to Eugene and Hattie Pryor Sharp in Brydstown, TN and passed away in Knoxville, TN on December 16, 2021.
He is survived by his son- Jackie Sharp; grandchildren- Tiffany Brown (John), Jacob Sharp (Tiffany), Jamie Sharp, Jason Sharp (Casey), Cheyenne Sharp, Christopher Gaskins, Johnathon Gaskins, and Jackie Sharp Jr.; great grandchildren- Gavin, Paisley, and Greyson Brown, Frankie, Ronnie, and Daisy Sharp, Taylor and Dustin Ford, and Ashlyn Marshall.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife- Geraldine Sharp, children- Jeff Sharp, Verna Barnes, and Frankie Sharp, grandchild Miketa Barnes, great grandchild- Alyssa Sharp, and siblings- Gary and Randall Sharp.
There will be a graveside service on Sunday, December 19, 2021 at 1:00 in Woody Cemetery.
Mr. Hank Sharp was most definetly a great man. He and my father had a good friendship. So I seen him often although I haven’t seen him in 10+ years I know he was still playing his old 🎸 guitar and touching people’s 💕 hearts and putting Smiles 😃 on alot of people’s faces… Go rest high upon that mountain Hank tell everyone I say Hello… the world lost a good man and I am praying for his family to find acceptance and peace after this is all done..
