Brandy Elizabeth Hopkins, 36, of Crossville, TN passed away on April 18th, 2012.  No services are being held at this time.  Brandy was born on October 5, 1975, in Panama City Beach, FL.  She is survived by her parents, Mark and Patricia Penney, sisters, Anna Denise Melvin, Stephanie Audria Carey, Desiree Cheyenne Norris, and Ashley Shuey, aunt, Teresa James, uncles, Jimmy Davis and Gilbert Davis, grandmother, Anna Davis of FL, and a host of nieces and nephews.   Brandy was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Dean Richards and J.C. Davis.
