Lou Ann Ford, 61, of Crossville, TN, passed away on March 11, 2012.  Her family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home.  The funeral will be at 7:00 PM with Ministers Willie Wright and Aric Seiber officiating.  Burial will be on Wednesday, March 14, 2012, at 10:00 AM in the Shady Grove Cemetery in Overton County.  Pallbearers are Ronald Farmer, Gary Hargis, Charlie Presley, Jackie Burgess, Aric Seiber, and Matthew Burgess. Marvin Seagraves is an honorary pallbearer.

Lou Ann was born on August 9, 1950 in Cumberland County to Hayden and Georgia Rector.  She worked as a seamstress and later became an LPN.  She loved church, camping, fishing, gardening, canning, nursing, and her family.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years, J.C. Ford, daughters, Barbie Neely and her husband Floyd, and Jamie Wright and her husband Timothy, grandchildren, Taylor Neely, Tyler Neely, Lauren Wright, Lindsey Wright, and Carly Wright, and ten brothers and sisters.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hayden and Georgia Rector, and son, William Carl Ford.
