Melissa Kay Womack, age 45, was born on June 5, 1974 to Bobby Jack Farley and Debra Mountz Hall in Chicago, IL. She passed away on August 18, 2019.

She is survived by her husband, James Womack; sons, Hayden Hefner and Jacob Womack; mother, Debra Hall; brother, Bobby Jack Farley, Jr.; sister, Bobbi Kapril.

She is preceded in death by her father, Bobby Jack Farley; and daughter, Kayla Hefner.

Family will receive friends on Friday, August 23, 2019 from 12 to 2 at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services for Melissa will also be held on Friday following visitation with Adam Strayer officiating.
