Jewell Dean Harris, age 72, was born on December 28, 1946 to Ervin and Bessie Barnwell Norris in Cumberland County, TN. She passed away August 4, 2019. Jewell was a loving mother and grandmother.

Private family services will be held in Crossville City Cemetery.
