Billy E. Hancock, 70, of Crossville, TN, passed away on February 1, 2012. His family received friends on Friday, February 3, 2012, from 6:00-8:00 PM at Crossville Memorial.  The funeral was Saturday, February 4, 2012, at 11:00 AM with Mike Kerley officiating the service.  Pallbearers were Jason Hancock, Dewayne Hancock, Scott Griffin, Dale Hennessee, James Lane, and Vic Music.

Billy was born on March 22, 1941, to Amon and Willie Hancock in Cumberland County, TN.    He enjoyed deer hunting, four wheeling, and watching Oakland Raider football.

He is survived by his daughter, Rhonda Hancock of Crossville, brothers, Tony Hancock of Crossville, Dalton Feddon of Crossville, Jackie Hancock of Memphis,and sister, Charlotte Myers of Louisville, KY.

Billy is preceded in death by his wife, Carol Hancock, parents, Amon and Willie Hancock, and brothers, Ed and Gordon Hancock.
