Jason Allen Barrett, 44, was born on April 29, 1973 to James and Kathryn Rector Barrett in Charlotte, NC. He passed away on February 24, 2018. Jason loved to go hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed watching NASCAR.

He is survived by his mother- Kathryn Barrett; wife- Diane Barrett; children- Braden Slade Barrett and Justin Tyler Davis, stepdaughter- Crystal Hawn; grandchildren- Braden, Kaleb, and Sawyer Hawn; and brother- Jameson Barrett.

He is preceded in death by his father- James Barrett.

Family will receive friends on Friday, March 2, 2018 from 12 to 2 at Cornerstone Baptist Church. A funeral service will also be held on Friday following visitation at 2. Jason will be laid to rest in Bowman Community Cemetery.
