Marjorie Alice Hacker (nee Blauvelt), age 86, was born on July 8, 1929 in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. She passed away on April 8, 2016 in Crossville, Tennessee. She was the daughter of John and Goldie (Arnie) Blauvelt. Marjorie retired from St. Elizabeth Hospital of Covington, Kentucky.
Marjorie is survived by her daughter Judith (Dean) Sweeney, son Joseph (Patricia) Dunaway, daughter Susan Dunaway, son Gregory (Sharyl) Dunaway, stepson Dennis (Joan) Hacker, stepdaughters Connie Jo Brady, Robin (Mark) Price, and Ginger Haven, numerous grandchildren, great and great-great grandchildren.
Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband Denver Hacker, brother Frank Blauvelt, sisters Doris Rose, and Freda Wood, sons John Dunaway, and William Dunaway.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Cumberland View Baptist Church on Fairview Drive in Crossville, Tennessee.
Marjorie is going to be laid to rest with her husband, Denver Hacker, on Monday June 6, 2016 in Egypt, Kentucky.
