Larry Jones Smith, age 55, of Crossville, TN was born on August 27, 1960 to the late Henry Smith and Hattie Shilling. He passed away on Sunday, January 3, 2016 in Crossville, TN. He was a chef and had finished his EMT schooling. He was an artist and loved music and going to concerts. Larry also enjoyed traveling to the beach and cooking.

He is survived by his mother- Hattie Shilling; brother- Danny Smith (Joyce); sisters- Lisa Norris (Luther) and Patricia Rogers (Chris); and nieces and nephews- Shannon, Jason, Danielle, Zackary, Jonathan, Jessica, Jacob, and Gracie.

He was preceded in death by his father, Henry Smith.

Larry’s family will receive friends at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 from 12 to 2 p.m. A funeral service will follow the visitation beginning at 2 p.m. with Butch Stapleton officiating. He will be laid to rest in Eastland Cemetery.
