John Paul Phipps, age 49, of Crossville, TN was born to Willie and Pauline Estepp Phipps on January 17, 1966 and passed away on September 26, 2015. Visitation for Mr. Phipps will be held on September 29, 2015 from 5-7 p.m. at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home with a funeral service following at 7 p.m. Burial will be in the Thomas Springs Cemetery on September 30, 2015 at 11 a.m.
