Vivian Lee Card, 68, of Crossville, TN, formerly of Clarkston, MI, passed away October 18th, 2011 after a courageous battle with cancer.  Her family will receive friends on Saturday, October 22, 2011, from 1:00-3:00 at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home followed by the funeral at 3:00.  Burial will be in the City Cemetery with Michael Hoskins and Terry Swaw officiating.  Dale Gibbons will be providing special music during the service. Pallbearers include Tim Hoskins, Tony Hoskins, Gary Ritch, Jeff Gibbons, Randall Gibbons, and Darryl Gibbons.

On May 7, 1943 Vivian was born in Pineville, KY to Millard and Angeline Hoskins.  People were drawn to her kindness and would always ask for her guidance and advice.  She enjoyed spending time with family, gardening and canning.  She will forever be remembered as someone who put the needs of others ahead of her own.

Vivian is survived by her husband, LeRoy Card, son, Brent Card of Rockford, IL, daughter, Vickie Morris of San Antonio, TX, grandchildren, Whitney Card, Linsey Card, Gracyn Card, and Catelynn Morris, brothers, Ross Hoskins, Hobert Hoskins, and Millard Hoskins, sisters, Louise Early, Sadie Gibbons, Bobbie Jean Taylor, Phyllis Wilder, Darlene Saylor and Betty Saylor.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Christine Miracle.
