Jesse D. Godfrey, age 90, was born on March 13, 1925 to the late Marle and Mattie Mae Webb Godfrey in Crossville, TN and passed away in Crossville on May 18, 2015. He was a farmer and coal miner and a member of the Church of God of Prophecy.

He is survived by his sister Mabel Payne; and 3 nieces- Kathy, Marlene, and Salena.

The family will receive friends on Thursday from 11 to 1 with the funeral service officiated by Jack Able to follow. Burial will be in Leffle Webb Cemetery. Pallbearers are Kallie, Tanner, Dakota, Bobby, Allen and Dexter Hale.
