Ronald Eugene Earhart, 76, of Sparta, TN passed away on February 19, 2015 at NHC Healthcare in Sparta. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 from 10:00 am to 11:00 AM at Drippings Springs Baptist Church. Funeral service will follow at 11:00 with Mark Hall officiating. Burial will be in Dripping Springs Cemetery.

Ronald was born on July 16, 1938 in Troy, Ohio to Paul and Thelma Lowery Earhart. He served in the United States Navy and worked as an auctioneer and farmer.

Ronald is survived by sons: Barry Earhart (Verdie), Donald Earhart (Teresa), David Earhart (Marsha), Wesley Earhart, Rick Earhart, and Josh Earhart; daughter: Amanda Earhart; grandchildren: Christina, Jessica, Nathaniel, Alicia, Hannah, Benjamin, Brett, Nicole, Todd, and Phoenix; several great grandchildren; brother: Craig Earhart; sisters: Karen McMaken, Jeanne Elsass, and Cheryl Earhart. He was preceded in death by his parents.
