Donnie Lee Parsons, 68, of Crossville, TN passed away on December 12, 2013 at Kindred Transitional Care & Rehab Center in Algood, TN. Family will receive friends on Monday, December 16, 2013 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 3:00 pm with burial in Creston Cemetery. Pallbearers will be David Parsons, Spencer Parsons, Raymond Parsons, Scott Parsons, Chris Turner, and Marvin Parsons.

Donnie enjoyed going fishing, doing yard work. He loved the great outdoors. Donnie was born on August 24, 1945 in Crossville, TN to Hubert and Gladys Farris Parsons.

Donnie is survived by daughter: Teresa Price (David), and Lisa Gram (Mark); grandchildren: Charcey Clark, Chris Turner, Taniesha Price, Dillon Price, Hailey Davis, and Dalton Davis; great grandchildren: Chloe Clark, Zach Clark, and Rilyne Turner; sister: Bobbie Tollett. He was preceded in death by his parents: brothers: Glenn Parsons, Gene Parsons, David Parsons, and Alvie Parsons.
