Raymond Dean Maynard, 62, of Crossville, TN passed away on August 1, 2013 at his residence. Funeral service will be held on Sunday August 4, 2013 at 1:00 pm in the chapel of Crossville Memorial Funeral Home with Junior Pugh officiating. Family will receive friends on Sunday August 4 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Raymond enjoyed working in his spare time as a shade tree mechanic, and sitting on the front porch. He was born on March 18, 1951 to Taylor and Rose Lee Bolles Maynard in Cumberland County, TN.

Raymond is survived by his wife Shirley Maynard; son: Jerry Dean Maynard, Shane Taylor Maynard, Earl DeWayne Wagner, Ronald Duane Wagner, and Rodney Evertt Loman; daughters: Shannon Marie Maynard, Ruth Ann Maynard, and Connie Pena; 25 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; brothers: Junior Maynard, Paul Maynard, Lawton Maynard, Samuel “JD” Maynard, and Burton “Dinky” Maynard; sisters: Louise Jenkins, Jenetta Russell, Joanne Lewis, Sue Madden, and Nancy Weaver.  He was preceded in death by parents; brothers: William Maynard, and Robert Maynard.
