Al Sturgill, age 72, was born on May 30, 1941 in Wise Co., WV to Albert and Louise Sturgill and passed away July 19, 2013 in Crossville, TN. He was an auto mechanic and enjoyed racing. He loved to travel and to take off on a road trip with his wife to see where the road might take him. Al was a family man and loved to spend time with his friends.
The family will receive friends at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 from 4-7 with a funeral service to follow at 7. Pastor Rick Davenport will be officiating.
Al is survived by his wife Joan Sturgill; sons: Michael J. Sturgill (Cristy), and Albert Sturgill, Jr.; daughter: Vickey Enriquez; seven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren: brother: Leon Sturgill; sisters: Ann (Richard), Diane (Bryant), Denia, Theda (Frank), Shereda, Janie (Jim).
Al was preceded in death by parents: Albert and Louise Sturgill; siblings: Keil, Alva, and Sandy
