Charles Howard Eroh, 88, of Crossville, TN passed away on May 21, 2013 at Cumberland Medical Center. He was born in Detroit, Michigan, son of Howard F. G. Eroh and Hazel L. Munck who preceded him in death as did his four brothers, Eugene, Allen, Norman, and Marvin Eroh.
Charles married Charlene Grossnicklaus in 1949. They became the parents of 3 sons, Charles H. Jr., Mitchell T., Brian L. and one daughter Tammy L. Eroh Gorman. They were loving grandparents to Charles H., Chad H., Courtney A., Logan and Amanda Eroh; Megan J., Katie L, Hunter C., Arianna R., and Toby Lance Gorman.
Charles has been a life member of the Lutheran Church, NRA and VFW.
Charles was a Veteran of World War II and served in the South Pacific with the 93rd AAA Anti Aircraft Artillery Gun Battalion. He separated from the Army in Jan. 1946. Then retired from General Motors in 1988 and moved to Crossville, TN in 1989.
