William “Pete” Tinch of Jamestown, TN passed away on February 18, 2013 at  Physicians Regional Medical Center in Knoxville, TN.  Pete was born  on August 21, 1952 in Harriman, TN to Proctor and Bessie Tinch. He married Nancy Conatsar on July 3, 1971 . Pete worked as a farmer/ carpenter for most of his life. His family will receive friends Friday February 22, 2013 from 4-7pm with a service to follow at Pleasant View Church of the Nazarene, with Pastor Jim Staggs officiating.

Pete is survived by: wife- Nancy Tinch  of Allardt, TN; son- Pat and Lisa Tinch of Mount Helen, TN; daughter- Shawna Jill and Billy Cooper of Allardt, TN; grandchildren- Blake and Riley Cooper and Sydney and Tucker Tinch; step-Grandchildren-Ashley and Husband Andrew Frogge and Jermey and Andie Stephens; step- Great Grandchildren- Allie and Abby Frogge; brothers- Hershel Ray Tinch of Santa Paula, CA, and Alec ( Mose) Tinch of Allardt, TN; sisters- Dorthy Louise and Edd Ramsey of Bowling Green, KY, Mary Margaret and Vic Wehrman of Allardt, TN, Carolyn Sue and Ray “ Big T” Teagarden of Cookeville, TN.

He is preceded in death by: father- Proctor Laughton Tinch; mother-  Bessie Thelma Tinch; brothers- Homer Austin Tinch and Raymond “Shorty” Casto Tinch; sister- Edna Esther Beaty all of Allardt, TN; step great grandchild Addison Drew Frogge.
