Arthur Osman Lloyd, age 73, was born on January 30, 1940 in Brooklyn, NY to Arthur Osman Lloyd and Willamena Goerdel Lloyd. He passed away in Crossville, TN on February 14, 2013. He was a veteran of the Army and earned a Bachelors Degree in History. His work life was spent as a procurement specialist. He had a special love for his dog, Sasha, and also enjoyed reading and gardening.

He is survived by his wife- Patricia Morbell Lloyd; son- Arthur James Lloyd from Daytona Beach, FL; stepson- Michael John Kryschuk and Maryanne; grandchildren- Alyssa and Gavin Kryschuk; and sister- Doris Predmore from Long Island, NY.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

The family will arrange for a memorial service at a later date.
