J. Lowell Braddock of Crossville passed away Sunday, February 3, 2013 in his home, surrounded by loved ones.
He was born February 1, 1942 to Fred Braddock and Willie Edith Lowe, both of Crossville. He was retired from the construction business after 30 plus years, and was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. His happiest moments however, were anytime he was operating heavy machinery.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother Warren Braddock. He is survived by two children Pam Braddock-Lambert (Chuck) of Graham, NC, and Michael Braddock (Katie) of Crossville, TN; brother Everett Braddock of Crossville; two sisters Connie Dowell of Nashville, TN, and Vivian Payne of Rockwood, TN; six grandchildren Amanda Rose, Miranda Reynolds, Stephen, Thomas, and Carly Braddock, and Aren Strange; one great grandson Adam Murphy.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 5, 2013 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at Dorton United Methodist Church. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
