Ralph B. Kidwell, age 74, was born on April 27, 1938 to JB and Sarah Johnson Kidwell in Crossville, TN. He passed away on January 30, 2013 in Cookeville, TN. He was a career military man and retired from the Navy. He enjoyed farming, watching FOX News and was a politicing Republican. He loved children and his grandchildren were the apple of his eye.
Ralph is survived by his daughter- Tina Lindsey; grandchildren- Amanda Lindsey, Blake and Tiffany Lindsey, Casey Bumbalough, Stephanie Mayfield, and Laura Mayfield; great grandchildren- Dakota, Cason, Taylor, Ava, and Kye Lindsey; sisters- Bobbie Faye Maxwell and Joyce Kidwell.
He is preceded in death by his parents- JB and Sarah Kidwell; wife- Mary Lou Stout Kidwell; son- Keith Randall Kidwell; son-in-law- Steven Mayfield; brother- Arnold Ray Kidwell; and sisters- Maxine Galyon and Norma Jean Kidwell.
The family will receive friends on Monday, February 4, 2013 from 11 to 1 at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 1:00 PM. Burial will be in Tollett’s Chapel Cemetery.

Paulette and I were friends of your Dad and Mom. We were stationed together in Norfolk and San Diego. We played cards together once a week before your brother died.
You came to visit us when you were about six in Memphis, TN.
We come through Crossville every year or two. About ten years ago we tried to locate your Dad but we’re unable to do so.
