Karen A. Henry, 64, of Fairfield Glade, TN passed away Aug. 15, 2011 at Cumberland Medical Center. Memorial Service will be Saturday Aug.20, 2011 2:00 pm at the Fairfield Glade United Methodist Church with Rev. Lanita Monroe and Rev. Will Wells officiating. Born to Edwin and Mabel Marie Mischke on Nov. 11, 1946 in Tracy, Minnesota. She worked as an Elementary School Teacher. She is survived by her husband Terry Henry, Son Mathew Henry and his wife Dr. Smita Malhotra of Jacksonville, FL.; Sister-in-law Colleeen D. Riddle of Farragut, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister-in-law Patricia Sadler.
