Trilby Jane Rose Burgess “Tip” Obituary (1940

Trilby Jane Rose Burgess, "Tip," 77, was born November 3, 1940 to the late Austin and Faye Perry in Wallins Creek, KY. She passed away on August 23, 2018. Tip enjoyed playing bingo and sitting down to read a good book. She also loved cooking and going for drives in the country. She is survived by her husband, James Emerson Burgess; children, Tracie Burgess (Brian) and James L. Burgess (Sue); grandchildren, Christopher Burgess, Jason Burgess, Travis Burgess, Jr., and Jordyn Courtad; great grandson, Brandon James Burgess; and sister, Wilma Jean Harroun. She is preceded in death by her parents; and sons, Travis and Dallas Burgess. Family will receive friends on Saturday, August 25, 2018 from 11 to 1 at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home. A funeral service for Tip will also be held on Saturday following visitation at 1. She will be laid to rest in Burgess Cemetery.
