Tammie Harner

–

Crossville, Tennessee

Mrs. Tammie Aytes Harner went to her heavenly home the morning of November 4, 2026.

Tammie meant so much to so many that words would never be enough. She loved taking care of her family. The love she had for her family and friends was unmatched. Her generosity wasn't just measured in what she gave, but in the amount of time she offered her loved ones. If you were lucky enough to be loved by her you were truly blessed.

One of her greatest joys was making sure everyone was fed. She was the best cook and made the best brownies ever.

Tammie was preceded in death by her parents, Dwayne and Yvonne Aytes; baby brother, Arlan Shane Aytes; father and mother-in-law, Gene and Ann Harner; as well as a multitude of family that were eagerly awaiting her.

She is survived by her husband, James Harner; son, Joshua Dwayne Aytes; stepsons, Chase and Casey Dodson; nieces that were like daughters, Katelynn (Connor) Estes and Karrington Duncan; brother, Don (Cathy) Potter; his family, Cassie (Mark) Potter, Don (Jennifer) Potter, Kody, Josie, and Maggie Potter, Chadwick (Sara) Potter, Mason, and Dexter; sisters, Karen (Gary) Darnell; her family, Jennifer (Brad) Langley and Blake (Kelsey) Hall; and Tonya (Doug) Duncan.

Tammie's passing has left a void in our lives. She was more than a wife, mom, sister, aunt, or friend. Her absence will be with us forever.

A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date.
