Ruby Charlene (Williams) Mullins Obituary (1937

Ruby Charlene (Williams) Mullins passed away in Crossville, TN on Thursday, April 25, 2019. She was born in Wilmington, OH on August 27, 1937 to Lyman and Mabel (Hull) Williams. Ruby is survived by her husband of 62 years, Dennis Dean Mullins, and sons Tony (Norma) of Sealy, TX and Mike of Albemarle, NC, and daughter-in-law Wendy Mullins of Crossville, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Norman and Lloyd Williams and Harold Duane Cox, her son Rick Mullins and daughter-in-law Lorna Graves. Ruby will be remembered for her love of family, animals, traveling, shopping and the arts. She was a fan of the Atlanta Braves. She was loyal to the NFL teams in her sons' home states and followed the Carolina Panthers, Dallas Cowboys and Houston Texans. This was to the chagrin of her oldest son Rick who continued to support Ohio teams. She was known for her generous spirit and was a faithful supporter of A Time 4 Paws in Crossville. Per her wishes, there will be no public service and her family will privately mourn her passing. The family expresses their gratitude to the medical staff of Cumberland Medical Center for their care of their matriarch during these last months.
