Patsy Rhea Frazier Obituary (1939

Patsy Rhea Frazier, 81, was born on August 4th, 1939 in Cumberland County, Tennessee and passed away on June 22nd, 2021. She loved spending time with family and friends and going to church. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Crossville. She is survived by her husband, Robert Frazier; sons, Billy Frazier (Debbie), Keith Frazier (Darla), and David Frazier (Joy); 8 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Merville and Ruby (Vandever) Atkins. The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 26th, 2021 from 12:00pm to 2:00pm with the service to follow. Pastor Vern Daugherty will officiate. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of Cumberland County.
