Marion "Cookie" Carter-Page, 60, was born on November 7, 1957 to Robert Carter, Sr. and Estelle Taylor Carter in Crossville, TN. She passed away on October 14, 2018. Cookie loved to cook for her family and collect art decorations. She is survived by her son, Eric Shane Threet of Crossville; daughter, Rhonda Siems of Fairfield Glade; granddaughter, McKenna Siems of Fairfield Glade; grandson, Brayden Threet of Crossville; brothers, Robert Carter, Jr. and Jerry Wayne Carter; and sister, Susie Pugh. She is preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Katherine Wood.
