Luther was born on November 9, 1970 in Portland, OR to Jerry Norman and Beverly Ann Perrine Treadway Luther is survived by daughter: Makaila Adams-Treadway; brothers: Shawn Treadway, Joshua Treadway; sisters: Sherry Selby, Bobbie Sue Perrine, Mary Treadway, Lisa Rose; nieces: Jessie Selby, Heather Brocious, Amy Cornelius, Nikki Sinn, Ashley Henry; nephews: Joshua D. Treadway, Justin Treadway, Blain Selby, Cody Treadway, Chase Selby, Dalton Selby. Luther was preceded in death by his parents.
