Funeral services for Franklin Lee Sapp, "Frank," age 43, of Crossville, TN will be held on Friday, January 31, 2020 at 10:00 at First Freewill Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Thomas Springs Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Thursday, January 30, 2020 from 5 to 7 at First Freewill Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Shawn Sapp; children, Shalee Brook Sapp (Chris), Kelby Lynn Sapp (Dillon), and Ashley Ann Eppolito (Joe); grandchildren, Avery and Jakob Eppolito; and siblings, Teresa Richardson, Sherry Jackson, Lindsey Salvato, and Josh Wyatt. He is preceded in death by his parents, Nathaneal and Desdie Pryor Sapp.
