Estes Calvin Mahaney Obituary (1933

Estes Calvin Mahaney, age 84, was born on January 9, 1933 to the late James and Willie (Pippin) Mahaney in Crossville, TN. He passed away on April 26, 2017. Estes served our country for 20 years, during the Vietnam and Korean Wars, in the United States Air Force. He is survived by his wife- Nellie Abston Mahaney; son- Terry Douglas Mahaney; daughters- Stephanie Mahaney Pugh and Stella Marie Mahaney; grandchildren- Trevor Collin Mahaney, Aron Mahaney, Elva Mahaney, and Osk Honeycutt; four great grandchildren; brothers- James and Everett; and sister- Charlotte Smith. He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers- Ernest, Roger, and David; and sisters- Betty and Wanda. Family will receive friends on Monday, May 1, 2017 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at 1 p.m. He will be laid to rest in Mayland Cemetery following funeral services.
