"Chip" Lowell Thomas Simmons II, age 47, was born on February 28, 1972 in Crossville, TN to Lowell and Deborah Smith Simmons and passed away on March 13, 2019 in Crossville, TN. He is survived by his father- Lowell Thomas Simmons (Linda) and mother- Deborah Smith Wilson (Bob); brothers- Jason Simmons (Chrishell), Cecil Simmons, Bratcher Wilson and Michael Wilson (Rachel); sisters- Kristin Simmons Winningham (Gary), Amy Wilson Reed (Rodney) and Stephanie Wilson and grandmother- Virginia Smith. He was preceded in death by his grandparents- Clyde Smith, Cecil and Minnie Simmons, Kenneth and Emma Martin, Verna Wilson, John Wilson and uncle- Powell Simmons. The family will receive friends on Monday, March 18, 2019, at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home from 11 to 1:00 with service to follow. Hank Jones will officiate and Dexter Smith will be assisting at the grave. Burial will be in Akins Cemetery.
