Carroll Eugene Lowe, Sr., 62, was born on November 16, 1954 in Sevierville, TN to the late Shirley E. Lowe and Bettie J. Lowe. He passed away on October 23, 2017. Carroll loved to work in the sawmill and farming. He is survived by his wife- Ramona Lowe of Crossville, TN; children- Carroll Lowe, Jr. and Christina Jackson (Byron Jackson), all of Crossville, TN; grandchildren- Anthony Pippin, Jr., Brian Stanley, Shelton Welch, and Nathan Jackson; brothers- Steve Lowe (Mamie Lowe), David Lowe, Mike Lowe, and Jacky Lowe, all of Sevierville, TN; sister- Linda Williams (Donnie) of Sevierville, TN; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father- Shirley E. Lowe; and mother- Bettie J. Lowe. Family will receive friends on Thursday, October 26, 2017 from 12 to 2 p.m. at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home. A funeral service will also be held on Thursday following visitation at 2 p.m. with Gary Hargis officiating. Carroll will be laid to rest in Akins Cemetery.
