Robert James Rannigan, 70, of Crossville, TN, passed away on January 3, 2012.  His family will be holding a service and interring him in Mansfield, Ohio.

He was born on December 14, 1941 in Haldisburg, Pennsylvania, to Raymond and Lillian Rannigan.  He spent most of his life as photo retoucher and in the field of graphic arts.

He is survived by his sons, John and Mike Rannigan, and daughter, Tammy Rannigan, and  seven grandchildren, brothers, Marty, Raymond, Billy, Pat,and Danny Rannigan.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Lillian Rannigan.
